Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
